How can I learn more about this campaign?

• There will be information meetings scheduled that you may attend, as well as literature and other ongoing updates presented to you.

When will the building construction begin and complete?

• We have begun the preparation of the site already and are waiting for the final permits to be issued early September 2006. Project completion is estimated to be
mid-September 2007, given we start as planned. (12-14 months weather permitting).

How will the Ministries in the church be affected by the new building?

• The children’s ministry will have a Multipurpose Room and large kitchen for special events and large gatherings.

• The youth ministry will have three offices upstairs, a youth lounge and additional meeting rooms.

• The Arts and Worship Department will have a performance stage for COMMUNITY events and OUTREACH events.

• We will gain (2) additional, larger meeting rooms and (2)additional classrooms located above (15) Administration Offices.

• The multipurpose room will also be equiped for a variety of sports events along with sport court striping, high ceilings, and drop down basketball hoops.

• Located off the lobby will be a Latte Café. There is an outside serving window and area for small group meetings or just fellowship.

What are some of the accomplishments of the past campaign?

• In the past year we have completed the perimeter campus walls along with the complete paving and landscaping of the parking lot.

• At the end of July 2006, we had received over 85% of the pledged $.

• During the parking lot phase, we gained an additional 144 spaces, including (12) handicap spaces.Will this campaign pay for the whole building project?

• We are in a multi-campaign program. At the end of the three year Commitment we will have to reevaluate our financial position. Most Likely we will have one more campaign to pay off the project completely.
