Men's ministry at Christ Community revolves around small groups which meet at various times each week. Many men of the congregation are also Promise Keepers. They believe in a strong Christian male influence in the home, church and community.

A highlight each year is the Men's Retreat. The men get away for a weekend of fellowship, worship, teaching and learning. This annual event always results in new commitments to Jesus, new relationships between individuals and renewed direction and purpose in the men's lives. New small groups usually result from this weekend.

A monthly breakfast is another highlight. Men gather for fellowship and hear a prominent Christian leader in the community, state or nation bring words of encouragement.

Men are encouraged to use their special skill and talents in service to others. Several men make themselves available to widows, single mothers, and homes with incapacitated husbands and fathers to repair cars, appliances and do handyman work around their homes.
