Pastor of Women’s ministry
The Pastor of Women's Ministry at Christ Community Church will provide leadership, vision, and direction for the Women’s Ministry in alignment with the mission and values of the church. She will help disciple and equip women of all ages to grow in their faith and become fully committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Part Time: 10-15 hours per week
Salary Base: $20,000 annual
Pastor of women’s ministry
The Pastor of Women's Ministry at Christ Community Church will provide leadership, vision, and direction for the Women’s Ministry in alignment with the mission and values of the church. She will help disciple and equip women of all ages to grow in their faith and become fully committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Key Responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership and Discipleship
Develop and oversee a vibrant Women's Ministry that fosters spiritual growth, discipleship, and community.
Provide biblical teaching, mentoring, and pastoral care to women in the church.
Equip and train women to engage in personal growth, small groups, and outreach.
Partner with other church leaders to integrate Women’s Ministry with the broader mission of the church.
Teaching and Biblical Guidance
Plan and lead Bible studies, small groups, and discipleship programs tailored to women.
Organize and lead women’s retreats, conferences, and special events.
Ensure that all teachings align with the doctrinal beliefs and theology of the church.
Pastoral Care and Counseling
Provide pastoral care, prayer, and biblical counseling to women facing life challenges.
Foster a culture of support and encouragement within the Women’s Ministry.
Work closely with the pastoral team to offer care in times of crisis or need.
Leadership Development and Ministry Oversight
Identify, train, and empower women leaders within the church.
Oversee and support various women’s ministry teams and initiatives.
Collaborate with other ministries to encourage multi-generational engagement.
Outreach and Community Engagement
Develop and support outreach programs that connect women with the local community.
Encourage and facilitate service opportunities for women inside and outside the church.
Qualifications and Skills
Sustain a strong, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Preserve a deep love for the church and a passion for women’s discipleship and spiritual growth.
Have experience in Women’s Ministry leadership, teaching, and pastoral care.
Manage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Maintain ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and ministry teams.
Have a heart for mentoring and equipping women in all stages of life.
